Naphthenic mineral oils specially designed for refrigeration compressor lubrification.
Mobil Gargoyle Arctic 155, C Heavy and 300 are high performance naphthenic mineral oils primarily intended for use in refrigeration compressors. They are recommended for all types of systems, including piston and screw compressors. These oils can be used with CFC, HCFC and ammonia refrigerants. Mobile Gargoyle ARCTIC 155 and 300 should not be used at very low temperatures when used in combination with partially miscible refrigerants like HCFC 22.
